East Cowes
East Cowes is easily accessed by car, foot or public transport. The beach is popular with residents and visitors alike. The facilities on the seafront are traditional with promenade and woodland walks, childrens play area and a grand view of Cowes with its yachting activities. During the summer season East Cowes is litter picked on alternate days.
Emergency equipment such as Lifebelts are strategically located along the Esplanade in order to ensure safety at any time of the year. The Inshore Rescue is also close at hand and are always on call by the Coastguard.
East Cowes seafront is only minutes from the town's shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
East Cowes has been awarded a Quality Coast Award.
