Yarmouth Old Gaffers Festival 30 May- 1 June
Sir Robin-Knox Johnston, one of Britain's most outstanding sailors, is launching this year's family-fun festival, which is celebrating All Things Maritime.
Enjoy the fantastic spectacle of Yarmouth's picturesque harbour filled with more than 100 colourful vessels, while on shore you can enjoy a local craft and flower market, live music, street entertainment and classic cars. The festival is completely free and is easily accessible as a day trip from the port of Lymington. Take the car ferry, or travel across on foot, and land at the very heart of the festival action in the historical town of Yarmouth. Car parking is available at River Road Car Park, Yarmouth.
Sir Robin will officially launch the festival at 12 noon on Friday 30 May.
