It’s going to be the Island movie event of the summer... five amazing August nights of outside movies perfect for a family evening out!

Tickets are already selling fast for “Cinema under the Stars”, a new and unique outside event which is set in the beautiful valley of Robin Hill Adventure Park & Gardens. A huge 10m x 5m screen will show family favourite movies, including Jurassic Park, Grease, Raiders of the lost Ark, Mamma Mia & Jungle Book. All the movies have a PG rating and suitable for the whole family to view.

The gates open each night at 7.30pm for a whole evening of entertianment.Cinema go-ers can take a picnic and a blanket (recommended for comfy viewing!) and spread themselves in front of the screen to enjoy a whole night of entertainment, hosted by your favourire I.W Radio presenters, with live music, fun and games up to the start of the movie, which begin as soon as dusk falls at around 8.45pm. A licensed bar, BBQ and other refreshments will be available.

The nights promise to be very popular but there is a licensed capacity for the events, so be sure to buy tickets well in advance as they will be snapped up nearer the nights. There are even VIP packages available for those who want guarenteed shelter in a marquee with food and drinks thrown in for good measure.

Road Directions

40 minutes from Yarmouth by car: Take the A3054 east to Newport then follow the signs to Ryde to stay on the A3054. When you reach Wootton, turn right at the Cedars pub. Brown signs will direct you to Robin Hill at the next junctions.

15 minutes from Fishbourne by car: Turn right out of the terminal to get to the main road (A3054). Turn right towards Newport. When you reach Wootton drive through the village and turn left at the Cedars pub. Take the left turning after the Woodman’s Arms pub and follow Briddlesford road all the way to Robin Hill at the next mini roundabout.

20 minutes From East Cowes by car: Drive out of the terminal following directions for Newport on the A3021. Turn left towards Ryde on the A3054. When you reach Wootton drive through the village and turn right at the Cedars pub.
