Isle of Wight Music Festival

In the music festival calendar, June is now very much associated with the Isle of Wight Festival and 2008 will be no exception.

The festival voted "Best Major Festival" at the 2007 UK Festival Awards returns with headliners including The Police, Kaiser Chiefs and the Sex Pistols.Other artists also performing include Kate Nash, KT Tunstall, The Kooks, The Zutons, The Stranglers, Sugarbabes, Feeder and many more!

Last year's event had a sizzling line-up including; Rolling Stones, Snow Patrol and Muse, special guests Kasabian and Keane, with Brit Award winners, Amy Winehouse, James Morrison and The Fratellis. But, it's more than just great, live music: the laid-back vibe (which the Island's famous for), the beautiful setting and the feeling of connecting with past festival history, all conspire to create a unique festival experience. Ask any of the 50,000 people who attended and they'll tell you the same.
