The Lakeside Restaurant in Rookley, Isle of Wight offers great value family dining in picturesque surroundings. Our child-friendly restaurant and terrace overlooking the lakes at Rookley Country Park can cater for all your needs, from fine modern cuisine and traditional favourites to speciality nights and Sunday carvery. Stay for the day and enjoy our 22 acres of landscaped gardens, coarse fishing lakes and a wide variety of family activities including a children's play area, crazy golf course and amusements arcade.

The Lakeside Restaurant is set in rolling countryside only 10 minutes from Newport and provides a perfect environment in which to enjoy a light lunch, family dinner or special celebration. Value for money and the finest food made from the freshest ingredients are our highest priorities, and you'll receive a warm welcome and friendly service whatever the occasion.

Functions and group bookings are welcome, from birthday parties and anniversaries to large catered events such as weddings and corporate functions, and we can ensure the fun goes on into the night with the opening of our new Midnight Bar nightclub. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Midnight Bar conservatory, perfect for weddings and functions, overlooking the picturesque grounds and lake.

From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2
From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: No. 9 to Newport and No 2 to Rookley
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 2 to Rookley.
For further information please visit the Southern Vectis travel office at Ryde, bottom of pier or the Tourist Information Centre at West Cowes, opposite ferry terminal entrance and at Yarmouth, left of terminal.
