It is regrettable but from time to time customers can experience a problem which may prompt you to register a complaint.


In order to resolve the issue, in the first instance, it is very important that you draw the matter to the attention of either the manager or proprietor concerned, thus enabling them to resolve the issue. If, unfortunately, you have not been able to come to a satisfactory solution you may wish to register your comments with the relevant organisation that can assist you to take forward your complaint.
