WESTBROOK:

In an idyllic in the peaceful village of Brook, Westbrook is the larger of the two delightful properties opposite the imposing Brook House. Both properties combine comfort, style and elegance and offer an abundance of character, including wood floors and stone exterior.

The properties are very close to unspoilt beaches, including Brook and Compton and are about 5 minutes walk to the local pub. Brighstone, with its thatched roofs, shops and Post Office and Freshwater are both only about 3 miles away. Freshwater has all amenities including an indoor pool, sports centre, golf and library. The area is ideal for walkers, with many wonderful trails in easy reach.

Westbrook has its own spacious garden with garden furniture and barbeque. The property has, on the ground floor, a lounge with wooden floor, eat-in kitchen with tiled floor, utility and shower room with sink and loo. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin - and bathroom with bath (with handheld shower attachment), sink and loo.

NORTHBROOK:

Northbrook is the smaller of the properties, set one above the other. In Northbrook, the main living accommodation is on the 2nd floor.

Outside, there is a dedicated terraced area for the property, with garden furniture and a gas barbeque.

On the ground floor, the front door leads into a large hallway and utility. Stairs take you up to the first floor, with a dedicated shower room, and then to the second floor and the main living accommodation.

On the second floor, there is a lounge/dining room with electric woodburner, kitchen, 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin - and a bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet & basin.

Dogs welcome by arrangement, but the garden is not secure. Both properties are non smoking.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Newport, town centre, Pyle Street, B3323 to Carisbrooke, B3401 pass Calbourne Mill to Shalcombe, turn left onto Brook Road pass Shalcombe Manor to Brook.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Totland, A3055 to Freshwater, B3399 to Brook/Brighstone, at Shalcombe turn right onto Brook Road pass Shalcombe Manor to Brook.

From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 7 to Brook
From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: No 9 to Newport and change to No. 7 to Brook
From Yarmouth ferry: No 7 to Brook.
