The Bothy is situated between the seaside resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor offering you the peace of the countryside but still central for the Islands Amenities.

Bus routes go through the village and Wroxall is renowned for its countryside walkways and a multitude of footpaths radiate out from the village onto the Downs.

There is a village shop, post office, church and two local pubs all within walking distance. The Bothy is self-catering and is an ideal base for exploring or just relaxing, and there is as much or as little for you to do, on this lovely island.

Riding, golf, fishing and beaches, together with the botanic gardens, historical attractions and sailing are all within easy reach.

The accommodation consists of lounge, with full reclining cream leather chairs. Flat screen TV, DVD player, solid oak flooring, dining table and chairs. Bedroom en-suite, with twin beds, solid oak flooring, en-suite white shower room with large shower, hand basin, wardrobe. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, integrated fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, and all the usual and expected kitchen utensils. Utility Room with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer (off peak) and outside drying facilities.

All completed to a high standard, with luxury touches!
