A warm welcome awaits from Roger and Lorraine at their adults only, clean and comfortable guest house, quietly situated in the picturesque Shanklin Old Village. Only a short stroll from the beach, Shanklin Chine, Theatre and town. For B&B guests there are a wide variety of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

All rooms are tastefully furnished with en-suite facilities, colour TV, beverage tray, hair dryer, radio alarm clock and central heating. Fan heaters are also supplied in the winter. All rooms have the benefit of softened water. There is an iron and ironing board supplied for guests use. We also have two luxury king size rooms for that extra special treat - one with a four poster bed and double shower and one with a whirlpool bath.

There is a guest lounge available all day and a spacious dining room where breakfast and evening meals are served. Breakfast consists of a self-service buffet table for cereals, fruit and juices, followed by a freshly cooked full English breakfast. A home cooked three course evening meal followed by coffee and mints will be available during the summer with varied menus to choose from – you will need to advise us of any special dietary requests in advance. Evening meals are available on request.

There is ample off-road car parking available for guests, and ferries can be booked for you.

Please note that single supplements may be applied during April-September.

From Fishbourne ferry, A3054 to Ryde, along Esplanade, follow road (A3055 to Sandown), A3055 to Shanklin, within Shanklin "the old village" turn right by Rock Shop.

From West Cowes: 1 bus – Newport, change to 2.
From Yarmouth ferry: 7 bus – Newport, change to 2.
