This self catering holiday chalet is situated on the popular holiday site in Yaverland just outside the main seaside resort of Sandown. Set in countryside, the site enjoys stunning views over Sandown Bay and Culver Down. The main town of Sandown with traditional seaside attractions is about half a mile away. Here you will also find supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Sandown Bay has safe sandy beaches.

This quiet family site has many areas of open space which gives the park a village green feel. Outside the chalet there is a large grassed area, where parents can relax whilst watching the children play.

The chalet consists of:
Open plan lounge and kitchen area.
In the lounge there is easy seating, a folding dining table and chairs, colour T.V. with freeview, and DVD player.
The kitchen has a full size electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & usual kitchen utensils.
The main bedroom has a 4’ 6” double bed.
The second bedroom contains a set of 3’ single bunk beds.
The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and sink.
Electric heating is available for your use.

Beds will be made ready for your arrival with fresh linen and duvets.
Don’t forget to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter.
There is also a launderette on site.
Well behaved dogs are allowed, ( maximum 2 ) by prior arrangement.

Your chalet will be available from 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is by 10am on your departure date.

Deposit required on booking £100, balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday.

Road Directions

From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3056 to Lake, A3055 to Sandown.
From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3056 to Lake, A3055 to Sandown.

Public Transport Directions

From Ryde: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 2 or 3 bus route.
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 8.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 Newport and change to No. 8.
