A small family run Victorian Guesthouse offering quality accommodation and very warm and friendly service. Roof Tree is set in it's own grounds of beautiful flowers and various plants, the perfect setting to relax and have a break. All the rooms are en-suite with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm, hairdryers, cots and high chairs available.

Good quality food is offered. Traditional English food with a Japanese alternative menu. Bar snacks and sandwiches again offered on request.

No smoking. Rooms: No smoking in bedrooms.

Anyone also wanting to keep fit whilst on holiday, we are offering a free dance class from Ann, fully qualified dance teacher and choreographer from LONDON. Other facilities for the family are available.

From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3056 to Lake, A3055 to Sandown.
From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3056 to Lake, A3055 to Sandown.

From Ryde: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 3 bus route
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 8
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 Newport and change to No. 8.
