Pretty bungalow with 2 double bedrooms and a garden, Mardon is equipped with full central heating. An ideal base from which to explore the island, located within easy walking distance of shops and facilities and close to beaches of Freshwater Bay, Compton, Totland and Alum Bay.

* Kitchen Diner - Airy and light, dual aspect with French windows onto patio and view of the garden. Equipped with electric cooker, microwave, refridgerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Table and chairs by window.

* Living Room - Spacious room, comfy sofa and arm chairs, coal effect gas fire. Additional table and chairs adjacent to sliding glass doors which give onto patio and garden. Colour TV and dvd player/video recorder.

* Bathroom - recently refurbished with bath and power shower.

* Garden - Rear garden is secluded and enclosed with flat lawn suitable for children. Garden table and chairs.

* Services - Gas fired central heating. Bedlinen (duvets) included. Gas and electricity by meter reading. Off road parking for 2 cars. Cot and highchairs available on request.
