Luccombe Villa occupies a wonderful, quiet position just a short stroll from Shanklin Chine, Rylstone Gardens, Shanklin Old Village and Appley Steps which lead down to Shanklin's sandy beaches and waterfront pubs. The nine self-catering holiday apartments range in size from one to three bedrooms. They are spacious, well equipped and all benefit from free wireless internet access. Some apartments have private outside areas and two of these are 'dog friendly'. All guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool set in Luccombe Villa's beautiful, secluded garden.

Luccombe Villa lies on the Island's famous Coastal Path which you can follow to Bonchurch, Ventnor and, finally, to the south tip of the Island.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:
* Designated parking space provided for guests with disabilities (within about 50 metres of the entrance) – available by arrangement.
* Route from the parking area to the entrance of The Warren, The Den and The Burrow is with a ramp.
* The Warren, The Den & The Burrow has Level access (i.e. no steps or thresholds), or access by a ramp or lift to:
- the toilet and bathroom
- one or more bedrooms
- the lounge
- the kitchen
- the dining room
- outdoor facilities
- garden
- swimming pool
* Non-allergic bedding (e.g. non-feather pillows) – available by arrangement.

Saturday to Saturday bookings accepted.

Short breaks are available in the low season.

From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin.
From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown, A3055 to Shanklin.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin.

From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 3 bus route
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 2.
For further information please visit the Southern Vectis travel office at Ryde, bottom of pier or the Tourist Information Centre at West Cowes, opposite ferry terminal entrance and at Yarmouth, left of terminal.
