Kiln Cottage, part of Little Mersley Barn built in 1802, facing the Downs and completed in 2007, is our most spacious and luxury property. Sleeping 4 in two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, both en suite, with the original timbers exposed.
Breakfast and evening patios on either side of the cottage enable guests to take full advantage of the glorious situation.
Centrally located, 10 minutes to beach.
Tennis Court, Farm Shop, parking directly adjacent to cottage. Friday Bookings. Pets by arrangement. Short, winter breaks.

From East Cowes ferry: A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown onto the A3056 to Sandown and at Fighting Cocks Cross Roads turn left to Newchurch.
From Yarmouth ferry: A3054 to Newport, as above
From Fishbourne ferry: A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along Esplanade to lake, follow road to right onto A3055 to Sandown, A3056 and at Fighting Cocks Cross Roads turn right to Newchurch

From Ryde: No. 2 or 3 to Shanklin, ,change to Wightbus 23 (or travel with seasonal Downs Tour bus)
