As its name implies, Jubilee Villa (sleeps 2-8 + 2) is a late Victorian house with large, characterful rooms. Five minutes on foot from the ferry and harbour, it is 250 yards from the river and the sea front.
* To the rear of the house there is an enclosed courtyard with sitting out area and a barbecue.
* Entry to the house is through a conservatory (tumble dryer and freezer) with cloakroom off with loo & wash basin .
* The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker & food processor.
* The dining room is next to the kitchen and seats 8-10. Archways lead through to the bay windowed living room with two sofas, television & video player, and radio/CD player. The centrepiece of this room is an exuberant period marble and tile fireplace.
* Through the hall is a further large bay windowed room with twin divans (one with guest bed under), sofa and second television.
* Upstairs are two double rooms with a 5’ bed in each, and a third room with twin beds.
* A moulded plaster archway leads to two newly equipped bathrooms, each with a shower over bath, washbasin and loo.
* Beds are made up ready for your arrival with duvets provided as standard. Alternatively, blankets are available on request.
* Bed linen and towels (bath sheet and hand towel) are included in the price.
Beach towels may also be hired @£5 per person per week.
* At the side of the house, off Victoria Road, there is a narrow garage, and parking space for one car. (On street parking is free at some times during the day.)
* A ’phone is provided for incoming and 999 emergency calls.
