Tucked away behind other properties, 'Ivy Cottage' possesses wonderful sea views from the main rear windows and both terraced patios. Dating back to 1860, the property has been sympathetically and tastefully modernised to a high standard providing all home comforts.

Ventnor town centre, with its variety of small shops and eating places, is within a five minute walk, and the main beach is a further five minutes walk. The picturesque village of Bonchurch is a leisurely stroll away. Tour the cottage at www.thenewtons.info.

The accommodation comprises bright and comfortable lounge with colour TV, DVD, satellite TV and wonderful sea views. There is a dining room leading to a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed with spectacular sea views, and one with full size bunk beds. There is also a single foldaway bed.

All electricity for heating, cooking and hot water is provided at no extra cost. Bed linen is also provided. Towels are available for hire. Sorry, no pets or smokers.

Terms £300 to £750 pound for 7 nights. (Bookings Friday to Friday except low season).
