Hill View House is a spacious, detached, architect designed luxury house, built in 2007, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty situated along a leafy lane in the Freshwater Bay area of the West Wight. The property enjoys views of a public golf course to the front and of open countryside to the rear. A short walk brings one to the lovely Bay and to many walks over the Afton and Tennyson Downs. A short drive away are the Needles Pleasure Park, the yachting haven of Yarmouth (together with its foot passenger and car ferry to the mainland) and the sandy beaches of Colwell Bay. The famous Military Road affords some stunning cliff top scenery, past the renowned Freshwater Bay Golf Club. Along this route will be found unspoilt and breathtakingly beautiful coastline and beaches. The area is a haven for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and horse riders and there is a plethora of family attractions to visit, including the Dimbola Photographic Museum in Freshwater Bay, Yarmouth Castle and Pier, and the wonderful coloured sands, glass blowing and chair lift ride of the Needles Pleasure Park. Further a field are Osborne House – the former home of Queen Victoria – situated in the yachting area of Cowes and historic Carisbrooke Castle near the centre of the Island, where donkeys still walk on the water wheel of the old well.

Accommodation and Gardens:

Accommodation comprises of five bedrooms (two en-suite), three reception rooms, a kitchen breakfast room, complete with RangeMaster by AGA cooker, American style fridge-freezer and integrated dishwasher.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and a condenser dryer and a large conservatory opening onto terraces complete with seating areas and professionally landscaped gardens. Parking is provided for up to four cars.
