The Heatherleigh Guest House is prominently located on the corner of Queens Road and Bross Road, this being an excellent location of passing trade.

The Heatherleigh is an attractive Victorian building with a well maintained but small garden area at the front and side. There is six parking spaces to the side of the hotel.

All the rooms are well decorated and are en-suite. There are three family rooms which includes a family suite. These rooms are spacious and allow plenty of space for families.

The other three rooms all have zip linked beds and so can be easily converted to twin if required.

The bar lounge on the first floor offers the guests with a wide range of drinks and comfort. The dining room is at ground floor level and is tastefully furnished with paintings and can accommodate the guests in space and comfort. The menu makes the most of local fresh products. The location of The Heatherleigh is approximately 100 metres from the 'Cliff Path' with spectacular views and walks and access to the beach via steps or lift. Also within easy walking distance is the 'Old Village' and Shanklin's main streets and shops.

No smoking----little doggies welcome----no grumpy people.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown, A3055 to Shanklin.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin.

From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 3 bus route
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 2.
