A small, family superior guest house set in a quiet part of Shanklin Old Village. This is an ideal place to relax and our aim is to make guests as comfortable as possible. Secluded garden, off road parking and residents' bar. Children and well behaved dogs welcome.

Eating at Hayes Barton is an experience not to be missed! All meals are home made and bread rolls are baked daily. Our speciality ice creams are not for the diet conscious but we do include low fat and vegetarian options in our menus-which change daily.

Ramped access. Two ground floor rooms with wheelchair access except shower.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown, A3055 to Shanklin.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin.

From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 3 bus route
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 2.
