Dean Farm - East Wing
The East Wing offers spacious, high quality accommodation for 6 persons within a traditional stone-built farmhouse dating back to 1702. Situated on a 400 acre working farm near to the stunning south coast of the Island. The coastal town of Ventnor together with attractions such as Blackgang Chine, Ventnor Botanic Gardens, Isle of Wight Glass and Appuldurcombe House are only a short drive away. Local pubs offer excellent menus and are family friendly. Safe swimming beaches such as Ventnor and Steep Hill Cove are also nearby.

Kitchen/diner: Fitted kitchen, well equipped with fridge & electric cooker/microwave.
Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, WC.
Sitting room: Large screen TV/DVD, Wood-burning effect electric fire.
Family sitting room: Audio/TV/DVD.
First Floor:
Master bedroom: Spacious bedroom with king-size bed/basin with shaver-point.
Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with twin beds.
Bedroom 3: Smaller room with bunk beds.
Bathroom: WC/bath with shower and heated towel rail.
Separate WC with basin.
