* STUDY/LIBRARY with bookshelves, desk.
* KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM fitted with floor and wall mounted units. Table and chairs.
* BATHROOM with suite of raised corner bath with shower attachment, bidet, WC, vanity wash hand basin, heated towel rail. Shower cubicle.
* BEDROOM 1: enjoys outstanding sea-views to the south, king size bed.
* DRESSING ROOM with huge wardrobes.
* BEDROOM 2: again with superb south facing sea views. 2 x 3 ft. single beds which can be made up as super king.
* BEDROOM 3: 2 x 3 ft. beds which can zip together to form super-king.
* BEDROOM 4: 2 single beds, wash hand basin.

* Glazed veranda to the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture on the patio for al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the spectacular sea views.
* SWIMMING POOL – Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool which is available at the owner’s discretion June 1st – Aug 29th to guests of the main house and the apartment at the side of the house. The pool area is screened off from the house so that the house & garden are private and secluded.

Guests have access to many miles of coastal walks that are available literally from the bottom of the drive with a pleasant walk along the esplanade to Ventnor Bay and haven. Bonchurch beach is a couple of minutes walk from the end of the drive. Bonchurch village has a post office/store adjacent to the village pond as well as the sophisticated Pond Café, and the charismatic Bonchurch Inn.
A short walk way along the Esplanade is the small town of Ventnor which offers a lovely sandy/fine shingle beach, the Ventnor Fishery for the catch of the day, a main shopping street, parks and gardens. There are many places of interest in Ventnor including the Wight Light Gallery that exhibits a variety of fine art photographs of the Island and beyond.
