CORNERSTONE APARTMENTS (EnjoyEngland 4 Stars):

Cornerstone is a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian Family House situated between the pretty village of Bonchurch and the traditional seaside resort of Ventnor. It is nestled below St Boniface Down – popular for the walkers and within 10 minute walk to the beautiful golden sands of Ventnor Esplanade. 2 minute walk into Ventnor town where there are a wide variety of shops and restaurants on offer. Easy access to Ventnor Botanic Gardens, Steephill Cove, Bonchurch Beach and Ventnor Esplanade. Cornerstone is opposite Ventnor Tennis Club.

ACCOMMODATION:

Both Garden Apartments have been refurbished to a high standard. The apartments are spacious and both have one double bedroom and two single pull out beds in the main living room. The kitchens are both equipped with electric hob, oven and microwave. There is a separate area for dining. They are equipped with satellite TV, DVD Player, Radio and CD Player. Cots and highchairs are available. Washing machine in East Apartment and Dishwasher in the West Apartment. Shower Room in both.

EAST APARTMENT - The living room has French doors which open into the lawn garden. Guests have use of the garden, where table, chairs and BBQ are provided. Regret no pets in this apartment and NO SMOKING is permitted.

WEST APARTMENT - The living room has floor to ceiling sash windows overlooking the garden. There is a courtyard for guests to use as well as the main garden. Table, chairs and BBQ provided. This apartment can accommodate one well behaved pet but NO SMOKING is permitted.
