The Stable was once a Victorian stable that has now been converted into a beautiful detached holiday cottage to accommodate ideally 2 people and can accommodate one young baby, (free cot). It is situated in the rural south west of the Isle of Wight in the picturesque village of Brighstone, near to forest and down, and within a mile of the sea. Two pub and village shops are within easy walking distance and the area has excellent access to hiking and cycle routes. The cottage itself has its bedroom located upstairs with a king size bed, ample cupboards, drawers and wardrobe space, television with Freeview Satellite Receiver and an en-suite shower room. Downstairs there is an open plan layout with kitchen, dining room and lounge area containing a bed settee and the television has Freeview Satellite Receiver, DVD player and video. French doors open out from the dining area onto a patio with garden furniture, garden, secure cycle rack (chain, lock, cover and some useful tools) and large drive. We have undertaken a new ECO approach with electricity saving initiatives and supplier, also ECO cleaning products and use of local and Fairtrade products where possible. Short breaks are available starting from £175 for a three night stay. As part of a Green initiative there is a 4% discount if you don't bring a motor vehicle (additional to other discounts). As a separate bonus we will give a 5% discount for all customers for any second consecutive week booked.
