Type: Guest House
Our home is an end of terrace, stone built property, that is in a rural setting. The cottage is about 200 yards from the Priory Bay Hotel, which was the site of a priory in the 15th century. The Monks that served the priory were originally from the area of Cluny in France, hence the name Cluniac. The priory was destroyed in the 15th century and it is thought that Cluniac Cottages was built from its stone.
We are 10/15 minutes walk from Priory and Seagrove Bay. We are situated about 50 yards from the coastal footpath at the junction with R75 and R84, between the villages of Nettlestone and St Helens, about 10 minutes drive from Ryde. We have a circular drive with plenty of car parking.
Directions and a map are given on our website.
