The Annexe, Clevelands Country House

The Annexe at Clevelands Country House is set in a peaceful location off the main road (the approach is down a private lane) situated in the village of Wroxall between the seaside resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor, offering you the peace of the countryside but still central for the Islands amenities and beaches. Bus routes go through the village to most Island towns and attractions. Wroxall is renowned for its countryside walkways, a multitude of footpaths radiate out from the village onto the Downs. Riding, golf, fishing, beaches, together with botanical gardens, historical attractions and sailing are all within easy reach.

There is as much or as little as you would wish to do on this lovely Island and The Annexe makes an ideal base for exploring or just relaxing. Records over many years have shown that this area around Ventnor is the sunniest in all England. Shops, pubs and a post office are within walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION:
The Annexe has three bedrooms, lounge with dining area, bathroom with bath and shower facilities and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, fridge etc. Bedroom 1 has a 4'6" double divan and bedroom 2 & 3 has adult size twin beds. Outside is a small garden/patio area exclusively for guests with circular washing line, garden furniture, and gas BBQ. Sleeps 2, 4 or 6.

From Fishbourne ferry, B339 (Fishbourne Lane), A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown. Left to Arreton onto Fighting Cocks Cross (Fighting Cocks Pub on your left) right at the Princelett Shute, right onto Canteen Road, at mini roundabout take B3327 sign post Ventnor on into Wroxall.
From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin, at Whiteley Bank turn left for B3327 to Wroxall.
From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3020 to Shanklin, at Whiteley Bank turn left for B3327 to Wroxall.
From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Totland, A3055 to Freshwater, A3055 to Ventnor, B3327 to Wroxall.
