Today Royal Marine House offers a year round destination, benefiting from Ventnor's unique sunny micro climate. It is an ideal base to explore the island or a vantage point to chill out and watch the ever changing seascape whatever the time of year. The town centre is a short level walk away and a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops are within easy distance. The beach is a short stroll from the house and the sea can usually be heard lapping the beach from the property.
