The first floor flat has a sea view, and the ground floor a sheltered garden complete with furniture and BBQ.
The properties are situated on a quiet residential street, which leads (via a footpath connecting to Mill Road) from St Helens Village Green down to the sea.
The historic Green itself is bordered by picturesque cottages, and all village amenities including two restaurants, a selection of shops, a bus stop, children's play area and the village pub.
The flats are also within walking distance of several beaches, the Duver (an area of special interest to nature lovers) and Bembridge Harbour and sailing club. A slightly longer walk will take you onto the Downs, along the coastal path or into the village of Bembridge.
St Helens is a short distance by road from the resorts of Ryde, Seaview and Sandown, and a glance at a tourist map will show that the whole Island with its multitude of attractions are easily accessible by road or cycle.

Weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday.
